Working Out

Collectively my husband and I have been working out for over 40 years. My husband was an NPC bodybuilding champion back some 15 years ago, I was a dance team captain. Then we had kids and you know how that goes. Working out when you can stress that you need to get back to kids, it was a mess. Now that our children are digits in age, they workout with us. We have finally been able to go full throttle again. This year we are competing in the Men's and Women's Health challeneges in New York City. That should be fun.
